Bake a packet of frozen potato wedges (look for ones with heart foundation tick).
While you’re waiting…
Chop and fry an onion,
add a tin of drained mixed beans,
stir in a jar of salsa,
add spices, seasonings, etc,
cook until it tastes great.
Grate a chunk of cheese.
When everything’s ready….
Layer wedges, salsa mix and cheese in a wide oven-proof bowl/dish and
bake until cheese is melted.
Top with some low-fat sour cream and seasonings.
